As part of its second Great People Manager Study, Great Manager Institute underwent a rigorous process to identify individuals with effective managerial skills and organisations which nurture great people managers, relevant especially amid the current environment which has seen rapid and radical changes in the workplace landscape and the 'new normal' of running virtual worksites. Managing people has never been as crucial in modern times.
The Great Manager Institute study saw participation from 1,158 organisations spread across 24 industries and 6,344 managers were assessed. The Top 100 managers include 85 men and 15 women.
